Pam and I retired and moved to a small town in central Florida. We built a new home on two acres on a lake. It was our dream home, but something was missing. It needed an attractive ornamental fence to complete the look of an elegant estate. I started making calls to fence companies in nearby cities. As it turned out, our quiet country setting was apparently too far away from the big cities to interest the fence companies. I had one company come out, take measurements and never call back. She came out in a few days with pictures and literature of their products. After some discussions and a second trip out by Denise, she presented us with a proposal. We signed a contract and within days Ray and his two sons, Jared and Jeremy came out to do the work. Brooker Fence Co. is truly a family business, with outstanding work ethics and focus on customer satisfaction. Their attention to details and quality of workmanship is amazing.

After the job was completed, I requested a few minor modifications and Ray and Jared made two more trips out to take care of my request. Brooker Fence has installed a total of 7 (!) fences for us since we came to Sebring in 1999. Obviously we are very, very satisfied customers indeed!

Our relationship started with a chain link fence for a rental property in Avon Park, followed by five 6-foot wood shadow-box fences for other rental properties. The one we enjoy most of all is the white PVC, 87' of Melbourne-style fence (including 2 gates that can be locked) at our own residence. Our white PVC fence has been beautiful since the day of installation and remains that way to the present - with no maintenance involved! None of our fences have had any kind of problem because Brooker Fence does it right the first time. They don't cut corners on material, quality of workmanship, nor labor. Their estimates have been accurate with no "hidden" charges or surprises. After each fence was installed, we never would have known construction took place - except there was a fence where there had not been one before. Their clean up afterwards is superb. All of our properties remain completely fenced in, and we have never had any problems with any of the fences.

When my husband and I purchased our home we knew the first thing we needed done was the fencing. With large dogs we needed to enclose our property with a strong and secure fence.

Our realtor recommended Brooker Fence Co., and we immediately put a call out to them. From the initial phone call, we knew we would be dealing with knowledgeable people, who also took the time to hear our needs. Denise came right out and explained to us the many different styles and types of fence available. She knew we needed it done as soon as possible for our dogs and she fit us right into the schedule. When an earlier date became available, she called us to let us know she could have the boys out even sooner.

We chose the white vinyl privacy fence due to its low maintenance and strength. The installation process was great. The boys came out and within a couple of days our dogs were running around in their new yard.

The fence looks great and you can't even tell anyone was out digging in our yard. They cleaned and picked up any debris left over from the installation. They even washed the fence!
